Indian Palms Vacation Club Hotel Indio, Indio

Our stay was quite enjoyable, as the hotel provided a clean and spacious environment for relaxation. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we felt attended to throughout our visit. However, the dining options could use some improvement, especially during breakfast, as there weren’t many choices available. The pool area was well-kept and a great way to unwind after a long day. Overall, I felt like we received good value for our money here.

While the hotel has a lovely spacious feel with clean rooms and a great pool area, my experience was marred by a lack of maintenance and oversight. The bathrooms and some furnishings need significant updating, which detracted from the overall comfort. It’s a peaceful spot, but be prepared for some shortcomings in the accommodations.
